The Westmoreland Club is looking for dishwashers and a Head Steward to join our Team..

**Job Duties**:

- Proper use and care of our state of the art dishwashing machine.
- Ensures a clean and workable kitchen area at all times.
- Perform general janitorial cleaning, such as sweeping and mopping floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators and employees restroom.
- Re-stock cooks; line and dining room service areas with clean dishes, glasses, cooking utensils and silverware.
- Segregate and remove trash and recycling and place them in designated containers.
- Steam-clean or hose-out garbage cans.
- Remove and break down any boxes from kitchen and keep loading dock and dumpster area clean.
- Keep bus tubs emptied and cleaned, stored in their appropriate locations.
- Properly store all cleaning supplies and equipment, i.e., mops, buckets, cleaning chemicals, etc.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or use of a hand truck.
- Follow all safety procedures at all times.
- Assist prep cooks as assigned and putting away stock.
- Perform any other duties specified by manager or supervisor.
