**Description**:

- Overseeing small projects and initiatives while supporting daily activities across the IT project portfolio.
- Ensuring that project health and timelines are monitored for successful delivery.
- Maintaining best practices and standards, while keeping an eye on project scope and quality.
- Providing support for complex projects/programs via:

- Stakeholder Analysis
- Documentation
- Business requirements
- Story writing
- User acceptance planning
- Reporting
- General program support
- Communicating and building relationships with stakeholders like business owners and IT teams.
- Supporting change management and business readiness efforts.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree or higher.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of business experience with increasing responsibility in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and Confluence is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams.

- Analytical, organizational, and IT literacy skills.
- Numeracy, initiative, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Client service, communication, and change management skills.
- Collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to work with diverse teams.

- Time management and prioritization skills, managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
