We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse professional to receive and track inventory of medical supplies in our stockroom. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out the reception of the goods and its registration in our system according to the instructions established by the organization of the company.
- Classify and place the products on the correspondent shelves and refrigerators designated for it according to the type of product.
- Carry out the preparation of sales orders, according to customer orders and the indications of Customer Service and Logistics Manager.
- Document the shipments with the couriers according to shipping instructions in each case.
- Perform loading and unloading tasks if applicable.
- Carry out periodic inventories in coordination with the Customer Service and Logistics Manager and alert of any anomalous stock situation.
- Maintain the order of the warehouse and prepare the necessary spaces for the reception of the products, in order to avoid mistakes and optimize the processes of receipt of goods and preparation of orders.
- Know the applicable safety regulations in warehouse management.
- Control and review the operation of the refrigerator as well as its temperature to ensure the correct storage of the products, including its calibration and the daily recording of the temperature graphs.
- Purchase and stock control of packaging materials following instructions from the Customer Service and Logistic Manager, assuring having all the necessary materials for the preparation of the orders as well as a security stock.
- Other functions that the Customer Service and Logistic Manager or the Company’s Management indicate necessary within its category.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1-2 years of experience tracking and maintaining inventory in a warehouse environment
- Medical Supply or Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Teamwork & Adaptability a must
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and detail-oriented skills a must
- Planning and organizing abilities
- Solid assessment, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Stress Tolerance
- High school diploma required, Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree a plus
