Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various painting and construction tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in drywall, construction estimating, caulking, hand tools, plaster, frame carpentry, welding, trim carpentry, and construction painting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Repair and patch damaged areas on walls or ceilings
- Assist with construction tasks such as framing and trim work
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in drywall installation and repair
- Knowledge of construction
- Experience in caulking and sealing surfaces
- Familiarity with hand tools used in painting and construction
- Some knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
