**What This Position Is All About**:
**Primary Job Functions**
- Collaborate with senior management to establish clear directives and guidelines for merchandise layout, product placement, and visual displays.
- Serve as a resource to the National Manager, Stores Merchandising, developing and implementing comprehensive store merchandise and visual directives that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
- Partner with District Managers and Store Directors to provide guidance, support, and training, ensuring consistent execution of central directives.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with merchandise and visual presentation standards, offering feedback and guidance as needed.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to continually refine and improve merchandise and visual presentation strategies.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of visual merchandising materials, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging store teams to generate new ideas and approaches to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and store management, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and presentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising or visual presentation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective merchandise and visual presentation strategies across multiple retail locations.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and industry trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations nationwide.
