**Duties**:

- Submits requests for copyrights of course curriculum and materials.
- Prepares course curriculum materials to include graphics by using software programs designed to support classroom instructions and virtually broadcasted programs.
- Schedules travel arrangements for guest speakers and training faculty members.
- Maintains office and suspense files for training programs.
- Orders and maintains records of training materials and office supplies.
- Types a variety of correspondence, reports, educational materials and letters for final format.
- Prepares documentation and printed material for reproduction using most cost effective methods.
- Reviews transition of curriculum to teaching department’s portion of the core curriculum.
- Assists faculty with preparing lesson materials for core curriculum and elective courses.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

**Qualifications**:
**Who May Apply: US Citizens**- Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
