Waitress/server

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Waitress/Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for order taking and bill processing
- Ability to handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette is a plus
- Willingness to help team members during busy periods
- Ability to sanitize work areas regularly
