We are immediately hiring an Onboarding Coordinator to work closely with out Recruiting Department, out of our corporate office in Pomona CA.
- **Schedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime and Weekends as needed)**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate with Recruiting Dept to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize software system to track employee onboarding activities.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires.
- Collaborate with the training and development team to effectively onboard new hires.
- Keeps records of documentation as needed.
- Data Entry; Administrative task

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in onboarding management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with new hires and provide exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
