Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services efficiently. Must Know how to complete the COP process is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for efficient delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Utilize transportation management systems for tracking and monitoring shipments
- Manage fleet operations and ensure optimal use of resources
- Plan and optimize routes for drivers to maximize efficiency
- Monitor drivers from dispatching to towing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline operations
- Must know how to process COP for abandon vehicles
- Knowledge of 3PL (Third Party Apps) operations-Towbooks
- Familiarity with GPS systems for tracking shipments

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $20.64 - $24.86 per hour
