In2Great is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic offering ABA, OT, SLP, PT, mental health, feeding therapy, a therapeutic preschool program, and a transitional program. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician who is energetic, fun-loving and playful Applicants must be proficient in or willing to learn Natural Environment Teaching and recognize that it's the most current, evidence based data driven model for children to learn. At In2Great, you can expect monthly team collaborations and trainings, quarterly opportunities to meet with client's full teams (including clients/caregivers/BCBAs & other related services), and strong clinical leadership team with combined 17 years of experience. Our RBTs enjoy clinically effective team sizes, on-sight case management by our BCBAs and full time benefits that are unmatched.
