**Key Responsibilities**

As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the **Inside Sales Representative** is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will represent Richelieu products, primarily serving the cabinet-making industry.
- Learn and stay abreast of products, changes, and trends within woodworking, kitchen & bath design, and cabinet making
- Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders as well as providing sales quotes
- Work closely with outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes; research pricing and availability for various items in multiple product categories
- Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
- Maintain and uphold Richelieu's Five Core Values while striving to achieve and surpass our company's sales objectives
- Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only

**What We Are Looking For**
- A motivated, customer-focused individual, eager to provide top-quality customer experiences when ordering or installing Richelieu products
- Prior retail, inside sales, or customer service experience is helpful, ideally at a desktop of office-based setting
- Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, kitchen/bath design, architectural hardware, or related building materials experience is helpful
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to prioritize tasks, organized, and highly comfortable with technology (uses AS400 database software daily)
- Strong sense of drive and creativity, ability to communicate persuasively and informatively with all types of customers and coworkers
