Coordinates, reviews and codes responses for correspondence from our cancer patients. Obtains vital status and other required follow-up information through letters and initiates telephone contact with patients and family. Coordinates, documents and codes responses in Phone-cycle Processing.

**Case Finding**

Identify cancer cases in Epic for data abstraction team.

**RQRS Prep**

Gather necessary information for Rapid Quality Reporting System by contacting patients and their physicians to obtain additional treatment information once the patient leaves MD Anderson.
