As a Legal and Resident Relations Coordinator, you are a part of the problem solving and customer service team, and play an important role in the success of Adara Communities

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare, draft and edit various real estate documents like legal documents, vendor contracts, letters of intent, exhibits
- Act as the main liaison between the property, resident and lawyers
- Respond to and manages resident complaints and/or service issues
- Collect all required information and present proposed solution(s) to supervisors when resident questions require operational leadership input

**PREFERRED/WILL TRAIN**
- Knowledge of multi-family and/or real estate terminology to effectively communicate with real estate lawyers, operational team and others
- Give prompt, personal attention and assistance to incoming and current residents
encountering housing-related problems
- Assist operational team and executive team with administrative duties as needed

**SKILLS DESIRED**
- Have extraordinary attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills and keen proofreading abilities
- Possess strong MS Office skills and be highly skilled at legal document editing, providing administrative support, preparing correspondence and other clerical tasks
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes
- Comfortable with conflict resolution, problem solving and attention to detail
- Experience supporting attorneys that handle residential real estate, litigation law matters, insurance adjusters and lawyers

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent paralegal training is preferred. One to three years related experience
and/or training in residential property management, real estate and/or serving as a paralegal, legal secretary or in similar support role is required.
