At Freddie Mac we are looking for a hands-on Copywriter to join our Creative Services team. They will play a integral role in steering the messaging and creative strategy for multiple internal and external campaigns and communication efforts. This individual is insightful and empathetic with well-honed soft skills and a knack for developing strong messaging around sharp insights. Applicants must think with a strategic awareness and display a nuanced understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem. They should leave their sense of entitlement at the door, and display an eagerness to mentor, learn from others, and take initiative to self-learn when needed.

We are seeking someone who is proactive and comfortable working under limited direction. Someone who will work independently, with a designer, or with an integrated team to develop strategy and approach to solutions. The incumbents work will evaluated by your creative manager upon completion for adequacy to objectives. You’ll present your work and have an expert level and passion for storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $82,000 - $122,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
