Hardscape Laborer

Maintaining Excellence LLC is looking to add another Hardscape Installer to our team. Our specialty is creating beautiful and functional landscapes with the highest quality customer experience. Our installers are the backbone of making people’s dreams come to life. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a great work ethic. The typical day for a hardscape installer involves running an excavator or skid loader, building patios, walls or outdoor kitchens. Hours are typically 8-10 hours a day Monday through Friday. We use vacuum tools to do most of the lifting of pavers and wall blocks. We value our crews and have invested a lot to minimize the hard physical labor that comes with building beautiful landscapes. Work area: Oshkosh, Neenah, Fond du Lac, Ripon and Green Lake

Compensation: $22-$28/hr

Employment type: Full time, year round work

We are looking for someone who has experience with running equipment (excavator, skid steer). A CDL license is preferred but not required. We are looking for those that have experience in this line of work but we are willing to train those who have a great work ethic and want to grow with us.
