**Job Summary**

Manager, Sales Process Optimization is a key role in the Sales Operations team at Effectv which is currently undergoing transformation. This is an individual contributor role with a potential for this role to be developed into a people leader role.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Sales Process Optimization Outcome Opportunities - inbound, outbound, and core sales:

- _ Inbound lead to sales process_
- Is the lead origination process functioning smoothly at each stage of the customer journey?
- How efficiently are we qualifying, assigning leads and closing leads to win new business?
- Does the lead origination team have the necessary tools to sell?
- _ Oubound lead to sales process:_
- Define processes for setting up the outbound motion.
- Help implement tools and technology for the outbound motion
- _ Core sales process:_
- Are sellers spending their day efficiently?
- Optimization of the intersection between data, tools, and salespeople.
- Help implement sales engagement tools and technology to maximize seller efficiencies
- Responsible and accountable for implementing business process optimization solutions partnered with many cross functional partners.
- Build solutions designed to adapt easily to unexpected situations.
- Work collaboratively with Leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations of process launches and changes.
- Audit and analysis of sales processes for improved efficiency.
- Creates, maintains, and publishes a sales playbook for the sales organization.
- Creates, maintains, and publishes Sales Rules of Engagement by gathering feedback and facilitating conversations with all areas of the business to resolve conflicting rules.
- Acts as a strategic thought partner to sales operations and sales leadership.
- Leads the creation of strategic plans for new and existing initiatives that support key challenges/opportunities, and ensures the right stakeholders from the across the organization are engaged.
- Oversees the post-launch accountability of strategic initiatives to ensure all objectives continue to be achieved.
- Ensures that initiatives are aligned with organization-wide sales operations initiatives and best practices.
- Gathers feedback through various channels to increase optimization.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies are being followed.
- Prepares and presents readouts on areas of process optimization.
- Provides guidance on solution options, risks, costs vs benefits and impact to business current processes and operations.
- Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience with Sales Operations
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong and other similar tools.
- 2+ years of experience with drafting, maintaining and refining lead and account assignment processes.
- 2+ years of experience with integrating auto dialer systems in CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Think analytically and strategically.
- Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proven experience of business processes through a CRM environment
- Proven experience of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience collaborating with teams in multiple locations.
- Ability to facilitate conversations and bring various groups together to collaborate and align.
- Ability to lead and influence change.
- Adapts successfully to changing situations and environments.
- Experience developing presentations for leadership and cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must
