Hosts and Bussers

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with various tasks and providing excellent customer service. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities: - Clearing and resetting tables promptly to prepare for new guests - Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables - Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed - Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables - Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas - Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including restrooms - Assisting with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas - Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests or concerns Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently as part of a team Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
