Architectural Metal Fabricator

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a Senior Metal Fabricator to join our Metal Shop in our Melville, NY location. In this role, individuals will be able to work with top brands on architectural welds, work with our CNC mill, and use TIG style technique to achieve the high quality finishes our customers require.

Job Overview:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- measure and cut metal components to precise dimensions
- Weld, assemble, and build metal structures
- Operate hand tools and machinery effectively
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Program CNC, Kern Laser, TIG welding

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient in welding techniques
- Experience with various architectural metals
- Ability to program Haas CNC and create GCode programs
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Shop is located in Melville, NY. Hours are 7am -3:30pm, with overtime opportunities.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
