**Job Summary**:
We are seeking for a Treatment Coordinator who is a multitasker, dependable, well spoken and shows initiative when needed, oriented and organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups efficiently
- Coordinate treatment plans with providers
- Coordinate fees and insurance benefits for patients
- Ability to understand insurance plans is preferred
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in billing and insurance claims processing
- Communicate treatment options and financial information to patients
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to patients
- Utilize Dentrix software for administrative tasks
- Operate phone systems and manage front desk duties

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a dental office setting
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a must
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for patient service
- Knowledge of dental administrative support functions
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Pay: $23.85 - $25.27 per hour
