CONSTRUCTION HELPER

Job Responsibilities:

- Help keep jobsite clean
- Load, unload, building materials and tools
- Deliver tools and materials to jobsites
- Perform tasks as assigned using small hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized truck
- Occasionally dig trenches and drive stakes into the ground
- Follow company and industry safety rules, practices and procedures
- Take direction from job supervisor and project manager

Qualifications:

- Ability to communicate well - both written and oral
- Quick learner: capable of adapting quickly and learning in a training environment
- Team oriented: works well in a team with ability to take direction
- Ability to understand and follow safety rules, and jobsite regulations
- Strong work ethic: willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, plus overtime when required
- Physically able to stand, walk, climb, balance, lift, bend and move materials and equipment up to 80 pounds, work outdoors daily year-round
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license with good driving record
- Clean cut appearance, must be able to comply with company tattoo policy
- Drug free
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Regular, dependable attendance is a required function of the job

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
