**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as needed.
- Set up user accounts and permissions and ensure security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with system administration tasks, such as user management and system backups.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
