- As a key member of the Beverage Category leadership team, you will be responsible for bringing the vision for the V8 portfolio to life. You will be the Marketing Lead for the Beverage business, and be tasked with developing and delivering the Annual Operating Plan P&L commitments on the Campbell's Beverage portfolio, which includes V8 Original, V8+ Energy, V8 Blends, V8 Splash and Campbell's Tomato Juice. You will coach and develop a team of marketers with diverse experiences, ranging from Senior Manager through Coordinator. In addition, you will demonstrate strategic, creative and critical thinking in developing business and marketing plans, making the best use of each dollar invested and efficiently using available resources to meet the business's goals. Primary Responsibilities:
- Help guide the vision for the portfolio, working with Insights to bring a consumer
- first approach to the business-
- Develop and execute against the Annual Operating Plan financial and volume commitments in partnership with category Sales Strategy and Finance teams, amongst others-
- Forecast demand and managing delivery of all aspects of the business-
- Develop and commercialize new platforms, brand line extensions, quality and cost improvements, and commercial innovation, all grounded in deep and relevant consumer insights-
- Partner with the Integrated Marketing / Consumer Experience team to understand the performance and ROI of all marketing levers and optimizing investments throughout the course of the year-
- Deliver against the core brand positioning and vision by developing appropriate annual marketing and close-in product innovation plans-
- In partnership with Demand Planning and Sales, generate monthly consumption and demand forecasts-
- Set marketing budgets and deliver P&L target Net Sales, Gross Margin and Marketing Contribution consistent with the group's overall financial commitments to the Company's growth agenda-
- Identify untapped areas of demand within core category/segments to generate new product or commercial innovation ideas and commercialize them, including selling strategy, communications idea development and executional planning in partnership with Insights, Customer Marketing and Sales teamwide-
- Organizational development, including management and day-to-day coaching of a Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager, along with their three direct reports-
- Provide thought leadership to inspire greatness, divergent thinking, and ongoing inspiration for business building product and marketing ideas-

- The Director, M&B Marketing - Beverage will need to have the strategic ingenuity to mine and identify distinctive and meaningful insights in a category segment that define business and brand strategy, product and commercial innovation, brand activation and overall business operations-
- Ability to partner with Brand Marketers and specialists across the divisional Marketing disciplines to coordinate business and brand plans that generate demand while delivering against the division's P&L commitments-
- Collaboration across functions and with external agency partners required to generate and commercialize new products, product renovations, convincing category and selling strategies, brand activation-
- Curiosity and an interest in evolving consumer needs, and an ability to "connect the dots" from multiple sources of consumer and competitive research and trends as well as a deep understanding of competitive marketplace dynamics-
- Support brand and category strategy work beyond the assigned segment as needed-
- Create and drive alignment to brand and category strategic and annual operating plans-
- A willingness not only to learn but to teach and bring fresh thinking to the team as we seek to continually improve our knowledge, skills, and processes in the dynamic and competitive food industryMinimum Requirements:
