**Responsibilities**
- Conduct enthusiastic tours of the community and apartment homes and follow-up on all traffic and leasing leads to maximize rentals and achieve occupancy goals.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through responsiveness to needs, enhanced communication and unparalleled professionalism.
- Conduct daily property inspections prior to business opening for customers to ensure market window, models and vacant show units are aesthetically pleasing and presentable to prospects.
- Coordinate market ready apartments with the service team department to ensure an adequate number of units are available for move-in as scheduled on the Status Sheets are market ready.
- Ensure leasing office is clean, hospitable and professional in appearance prior to business opening for customers.
- Participate in executing promotional efforts in accordance with the property specific marketing in an effort to generate and increase leasing traffic and exceed budgeted economic occupancy, with the assistance of the Leasing Manager and/or Property Manager.
- Track marketing sources for all telephone and walk-in traffic for the property and enter into the Lead Management System on a daily basis.
- Complete advertising and various management reports in accordance with company policies, procedures and deadlines.
- Attend and consistently practice the techniques taught in the company’s leasing/sales training programs.
- Receive resident requests for maintenance service and communicate requests to the appropriate service team staff in accordance with property and company policies and procedures.

**Preferred Skills, Experience, Education and Certification Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university.
- 0 to 2 years of customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance.
- Required to maintain insurance and driving record in accordance with company policies and company’s insurance carrier.
- Must operate efficiently in a fast dynamic environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication and prioritization.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions with suggested resolution.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Excellent time management, customer service, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
