**Note: This is not a call center. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our industry recognized Customer Service Team. This position is responsible for communicating with customers and entering orders into an ERP system. Excellent communication skills are a must.**

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone skills, including answering and transferring calls effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn a complex product portfolio
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-Year associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years experience with data entry/customer service/scheduling

**Duties**:

- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Verify order details including pricing and shipping information and contact customers with any discrepancies
- Input sales orders into our ERP system
- Monitor production schedule
- Interface with various internal departments to ensure customer needs are satisfied
- Collaborate with co-workers in a positive and professional manner

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
