Job Summary:
**Preferred Cafeteria Experience.(Aramark, Sodexo, Compass) ,Banquet Chef**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee food preparation and cooking activities
- Create and develop new menu items
- Ensure high-quality culinary dishes are served on schedule
- Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Manage kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a culinary role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
