**Essential Duties and Responsibilities-**
- Conduct effective morning huddles.
- Build relationships with our patients.
- Must demostrate strong customer service skills.
- Experience with insurances and a proven ability to manage schedules.
- Must be articulate and have confidence in talking about treatment and collecting copays/balances from patients.
- Oversee operations with doctors/team leaders to develop opportunities for team members improvement and growth.
- Assist in preparing and overseeing policies to coordinate all department activities to acchieve goals and objectives for profitability and office growth.
- Some other responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, statement posting, financial arrangements and check
- in patients and out.
- Help facilitate communication of different departments to ensure the office is fully utilizing the support available to run an effective and profitable operation.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Dentrix: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- dental code: 2 years (required)
- dental management: 1 year (required)
- Dental receptionist: 2 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Waukesha, WI 53189: Relocate before starting work (required)
