Server Part-time Pm Shift 5pm

Vui Ve is looking for Server/Wait Staff to join our Front of House team. We are located at 319 E 2nd St #205, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
- Position is available for part-time on weekdays. Schedule is routined weekly and does not change. **_
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take orders from customers
- Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities, and food substitutions
- Give customers suggestions for food and drinks and tell them about any special menu items
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Process customer payments
- Provide welcoming phone greeting and following Guest ordering procedures
- Serve beverages and deliver food to customers, including accompaniments and condiments from service bars
- Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating
- Clean tables and chairs after customers have finished their meals
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
- Protect establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and health control policies
- Keep kitchen staff informed by noting the timing of meal progression
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform basic tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Fill in for absent staff as needed
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service industry preferred but not required
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
