Oak Creek, United States Live To Serve Full time

Live to Serve is an organization of four 8-bed CBRF communities that is looking to add more Caregivers to its team. Caregivers work independently and are responsible for providing resident care assisting with each resident’s activities of daily living treating each resident with dignity and respect while recognizing individual needs. You will also be responsible for daily house support services such as housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and leisure activities.

Shift length: 8 hours _(one staff member per shift)_

Qualifications: CBRF Certifications
- Standard Precautions
- Fire Safety
- First Aid and Choking
- Medication Administration
- *Should you not have CBRF certifications, we are willing to negotiate covering the costs to get the certifications._

Available Positions:

- Full-time 2nd _(3 pm - 11 pm)_
- Part-time 2nd _(3 pm - 11 pm)_
- Part-time 3rd _(11 pm - 7 am)_
- PRN _(all shifts)_
- *Full-time = 72 hours every two weeks (9 shifts)_
- *Part-time = Less than 72 hours, roughly 40 hours, every two weeks (5 shifts)_

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Various care-giving responsibilities for both male and female residents
- Providing activities as planned and directed
- Cleaning, dusting, and other housekeeping tasks
- Laundry _(washing, folding, and putting clothes away)_
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Medication supervision and administration
- Other duties as assigned by the house manager
- Assisting with resident transfers (must be able to lift 25+ pounds)

Qualifications:

- **Must have reliable transportation**:

- **Driver's License **_**(required)**_
- **Full set of body scrubs **_**(required)**_
- Must have a flexible schedule to allow for emergency shift coverage
- Availability to work holidays and when needed

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 72 per week
