**The Aftermarket Administrator **is responsible for timely completion of all tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This position requires a clear understanding the overall operations of the dealership as it relates to deal flow, deal management and aftermarket products sales and service. This position reports to the Aftermarket Lead.
**Responsibilities**:
- Back Cost of Sale (COS) adjustments
- Service contract submissions and cancellations
- GAP contract submissions
- Factory warranty submissions
- Post ESC sales
- Post warranty provider statements
- Reconcile warranty schedules to warranty provider statements.
- Process cancellation checks
**Position Requirements**
- Be a goodwill ambassador for the company with courteous treatment of all customers and potential customers.
- Position will be required to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business.
- Lead by example with rules set in place.
- Assist with customer phone inquiries for Aftermarket related questions.
- Knowledgeable on operational processes for dealerships.
- Must have good working relationship with all members of the team.
- Must follow appropriate processes for each task type.
- Aftermarket Administrator should understand the priority of the daily workload and prioritize duties accordingly to ensure completion.
- Knowledge of CDK DMS system a plus
- Must be proficient in Excel.
