**Job Summary**

The Aesthetic Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients for services, providing recommendations in consultations, and ensuring consistency to practice standards. Deliver RF micro needling, Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, & Body-Contouring Services. Pre and post treatment education/ care and pictures as well as assisting with social media. Verify and review informed consent, patient charts, and all applicable documents prior to every treatment. Sustain proficiency through continuous education. Annotate and document appropriate information and data in the patients’ medical record for every treatment/ contact with patients. Follow all medical regulatory protocols to ensure compliance.

**Summary of Essential Job Functions**
- Greets patients in a timely and friendly manner and ensures their comfort.
- Recommends treatment plans for patients in consultations & at any point in treatment - creates at home skin care regimens for patients with our products.
- Conducts skin health consultations with each patient to determine their needs and recommend products and services that will help them achieve their desired outcome. Pre and post treatment care and photos.
- Educates patients on products and services and how they can benefit.
- Understand patient needs.
- Simplify complex information and highlight benefits.
- Address potential concerns.
- Provide evidence-based information.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service that exceeds patient expectations.
- Provides body and skin care services - neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, micro needling, morpheus8, laser, body contouring, cool-sculpting, IV/IM infusion therapy, and more as we add services to the practice. Pre and post treatment care and photos.
- Educates patients in pre/ post care & recommended skincare products.
- Increases patient retention by building relationships and pre-booking.
- EMR documentation of all services/ contact with patient.
- Assists with social media / create your own social media page.

**Required Education and Experience**
- CA Licensed Registered Nurse

- Must be open, agreeable, and professional when gathering and referring information to the appropriate member of the team.

- Must possess good time management skills.
- Must actively seek to accomplish tasks and be able to use a variety of methods and ideas to solve problems whilst, when needed, seeking advice and/or guidance from fellow employees.

**Working Conditions**
- Work in Company’s office located in Newport Beach, California.
- Full-Time / Part-time must work in office with varying hours: Monday - Saturday, based on an 8-10-hour workday.
- Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements, evening, and some weekends.
