We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and energetic Teacher Assistant with a to join our dynamic team. If you love working with children, this position offers a great opportunity to combine these interests in a rewarding childcare setting.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Help teacher with implementation of activities

2. Create a safe, nurturing environment for children

3. Encourage curiosity and knowledge of the world around them through exploration

4. Assist children with daily needs such as feeding, changing, and nap routines

5. Focus on social-emotional aspect of toddlers development helping them to deal with social challenges, process emotions and regulate their feelings

6. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth, development, and daily activities

7. Adhere to all center policies and state regulations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience working with children

2. Ability to act proactively

3. 3. First Aid and CPR certification (can be provided by employer if expired)

4. Background check is mandatory
