**As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include**:

- **Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.**:

- **Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.**:

- **Managing medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.**:

- **Supervising and supporting fellow team members to maintain high care standards.**:

- **Monitoring and documenting treatment and medication effectiveness.**:

- **Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.**:

- **Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college, along with CPR certification.**:

- **Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request.**:

- **Basic computer skills.**

**Proof of COVID Vaccination is required for eligibility.**
