Pool Attendant

### Job Overview:
We are seeking individuals who are customer service oriented to join our team for the season.

Your goal as a pool attendant is to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for the residents of the community. You will need to be someone who enjoys helping others and going the extra mile to help other people.

## Duties:

- Maintain a clean and safe pool area by regularly monitoring and cleaning the pool deck, furniture, and restrooms
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Assist with pool equipment setup and maintenance
- Monitor pool gate and sign in guests
- Coordinate and oversee poolside events and activities
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

## Requirements:

- Previous experience in pool service, lifeguarding, food service, theater, or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests of all ages
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and conflict management
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and stand for extended periods of time
- CPR and First Aid certification is desirable but not required

You must be able to pass a drug test screening and a criminal background check to be considered for hire. We do call previous employers to verify employment.

Drug test occur randomly throughout the year.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
