**Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient care following established care plans
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living in a home care setting
- Monitor and assist with medication reminders and administration
- Implement caregiving techniques for individuals with specific needs, such as tube feeding or developmental disabilities
- Support patients with Alzheimer's and memory care needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff and utilize medical terminology in daily tasks
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.55 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
