Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Care Workers to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those under your care.

**Duties**:

- Provide personalized care and assistance to individuals in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
- Uphold resident rights and dignity at all times
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, offering support and guidance
- Deliver patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Provide hospice care with sensitivity and compassion
- Assist individuals with mobility, including lifting when necessary
- Administer first aid when required
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in vital sign monitoring and patient care practices
- Knowledge of resident rights and ethical care standards
- Ability to manage behaviors effectively and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong physical capability to lift and assist individuals as needed
- Certification in first aid is desirable
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.75 - $14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
