As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating treatment schedules, explaining treatment options and financial arrangements, and ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their dental care journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule patient treatment plans.
- Present and explain treatment options and financial arrangements to patients.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and pre-authorization.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage treatment documentation.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in dental administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
