Our diverse portfolio includes the delivery of heating oil, kerosene and wood pellets, along with comprehensive heating system maintenance, repairs and replacement for our members. We specialize in installing highly efficient, cold-climate heat pumps, conducting cost-effective energy audits, and executing home weatherization projects. To ensure smooth operations, we maintain a fleet of fuel delivery trucks, a wood pellet delivery truck and several service vans all centered at our administrative and operational base in Colchester, Vermont.

**Job Summary**

If so, we want to talk to you We are looking for a dedicated Weatherization Technician to join our team and help make Vermont’s’ home more comfortable, healthy and energy-efficient.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Install comprehensive home energy upgrades including air-sealing, insulation (attics, basements, and walls), ventilation, moisture management, and other energy and health & safety measures
- Review project scope/plan at the beginning of each day with the crew chief
- Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines
- Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked equipment trailer
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Complete project documentation in an organized and timely manner when requested.
- Complete on-going training offered.
- Understand and meet production and product schedule deadlines
- Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Performs all other duties as needed or assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Home remodeling and construction experience helpful.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
- Weatherization or insulation experience helpful.
- Ability to work hard and learn.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Colchester, VT 05446: Relocate before starting work (required)
