Test Architect

**Position: 15000 - Test Architect**
**Location: Hybrid - Rosemead, CA**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect to join our team. The Test Architect will be responsible for designing testing solutions that effectively assess software system risks, understand business requirements, and ensure system functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, system architecture, and the ability to address complexity and coverage in testing solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Design testing solutions based on thorough assessment of software system risks, business requirements, and system functionality.
- Ensure that testing solutions address complexity, coverage, and system architecture effectively.
- Provide hands-on support in the development of tests, as needed.
- Design tests for complex enterprise/real-time solutions involving Windows thick clients and mixed server platforms utilizing high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing solutions are aligned with development objectives and timelines.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for test design and implementation.

**Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test architecture and design.
- Proven experience designing tests for complex enterprise/real-time solutions involving Windows thick clients and mixed server platforms utilizing high availability.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $74.00 per hour
