At **Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina** we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars. Our family-owned and operated group opened the first location in 1979, and we operate more than 30 locations across North Carolina.

**Qualifications / Requirements include**:

- 2+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred) for Manager roles
- 2+ years customer service / retail experience a big plus
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- An outgoing personality
- Automotive experience in direct repair with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
- ASE certifications preferred for manager roles
- Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work
- Good computer and phone skills
- Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Be able to pass background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel within district required
- High school degree and/or some college preferred
