We're actively hiring older adults who are compassionate, reliable, and open to a variety of opportunities.

**Under our unique model of peers-helping-peers, our elder caregivers work one-on-one with elderly clients in the community, providing non-medical services that may include**:

- _Companionship_
- _Shopping/errands_
- _Light housekeeping_
- _Transportation_
- _Activities_
- _Meal prep_
- _and more_

**Minimum requirements**:

- _Older adult with 45+ years of life experience_
- _COVID-19 Vaccinated_
- _Driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)_
- _Cell phone_
- _Conversational English fluency_
- _Weekend availability a plus (in addition to weekdays)_
- _Live centrally in our North Shore Massachusetts service area with accessibility to multiple client locations such as Saugus, Danvers, Nahant, Peabody Salem, Middletown, Topsfield and more_

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
