**Entry-level Press Operator**
We are seeking a Press Operator to become an integral part of our team This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.

The position offers a good deal of variety in your day to day responsibilities. There is a predictable work schedule, Monday - Thursday with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays (max would be two weeks per month).

As a small family owned company, you will have the chance to get to know everyone at the organization and make a meaningful difference towards our success

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate punch and draw presses
- Inspect and package parts
- Run jobs as outlined in job instruction sheet or routing
- Be willing to be trained on setting up mechanical and hydraulic presses
- Other duties as assigned.

Example of a stamping press:
**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instruction from supervisor or lead person
- Qualifications are based upon skill, knowledge, ability and previous experience or closely-related or identical work
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Four ten hour shifts per week

1st shift: 4:00am to 2:00pm
2nd shift: 2:00pm - Midnight

Starting pay is $18.75, based on experience. We do offer shift premiums on 2nd shift and an attendance bonus on all shifts
