Data Specialist Job Overview:

The Data Specialist will be responsible for handling data collection, order entry, clerical tasks, pivot tables, and maintaining organizational systems. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform data collection and entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage order entry processes ensuring timely and precise input of information.
- Utilize pivot tables to analyze and present data effectively.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to data when needed.
- Assist in transcribing information from various sources into digital formats.
- Support administrative functions related to data management and processing.
- Computerize data effectively using relevant software tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with pivot tables and basic data analysis techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Proficiency in transcribing information accurately.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
