RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Help answer customer questions about our products (must gain a deep understanding of matcha and our products)
- Prepare drinks and desserts quickly while adhering to strict procedures and processes
- Follow food safety and health regulations and guidelines
- Take orders and handle transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system (only if the self-service kiosk is not working).
- Clean equipment, mop floor, taking out trash/recycling, and other sanitation duties
- Perform additional duties as requested by a supervisor or manager
