***: Responsible for ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction by orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising food and beverage quality and service in fine dining venue.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Ensure venue’s floor operations run efficiently to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Work in close partnership with Chef de Cuisine and back-of-house food department to maximize cost effectiveness within Storytellers by ensuring compliance with established budget, labor costs, and revenue benchmarks.
- Listen to, evaluate, and respond appropriately and timely to guest grievances.
- Ensure venue’s compliance with all food and beverage health, liquor, safety regulations, and CCCH policies and procedures.
- Supervise all venue front-of-house staff to include selection, training, directing, correction, scheduling, and conflict resolution per CCCH standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of venue is maintained to the highest standards.
- Process payment transactions, inventory, time cards, schedules, venue reports and records in timely and accurate manner.
- Supervise catering events, as directed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required. College education, preferred.

2. Work Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fine dining establishment as server/above, required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience, required.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Intermediate computer literacy, required.
- Speak, read, write fluently in English.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively de-escalate tensions while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

- Possess or obtain within 30 days of hire, valid food handlers and alcohol certifications.

5. Be at least 18 years of age.

6. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
