**About Us**: Wetzel's Pretzels is a well-loved, nationally recognized pretzel brand with a commitment to providing delicious snacks and a fantastic customer experience. We take pride in our fun and fast-paced environment, and we're seeking a General Manager who shares our dedication to excellence.
**Responsibilities**: As a General Manager at Wetzel's Pretzels, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and scheduling.
- Driving sales growth through strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the regional manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
**Qualifications**: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the foodservice or retail industry.
- A track record of growing sales and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
