Picker-packer

Midwest Refrigerated Services is looking for Picker-Packers for our e-commerce fulfillment center which will be held at our fulfillment warehouse situated at 204 Boombah Boulevard, Yorkville, IL 60560. This position starts at $17 per hour with an increase to $18 per hour after 90 days of hire.

**General Position Overview**:Responsible for picking and packaging e-commerce orders for shipment and maintaining quality controls to ensure the highest level of customer service.

**General Accountabilities include**:

- Picking and packing e-commerce orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- General shipping and receiving duties
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to read/write/speak in English
- Good computer aptitude and math skills
- Lift up to 50 pounds and up to 100lbs with assistance
- Experience working within RF controlled inventory systems.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as necessary
- Have exceptional attendance

**Prerequisites**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
