Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring SharePoint sites conform to specification.
- Create/manage user permissions.
- Carry out problem diagnosis and resolution of user issues.
- Produce documentation, process flows and instructions/How-To guides.
- Provide user training, desktop support and user support including troubleshooting.
- Perform front and backend SharePoint designs.
- Strong skills with.Net, Javascript, WCF, Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Visual Studio, HTML,.NET, ASP.Net, MSSQL, PowerShell., InfoPath.
- Understanding of SharePoint features, Tools and architectures, Security, Structure, Libraries, Site Collections, Workflows.

- Provide PowerShell scripting to automate maintenance tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks and configuring and maintaining the SharePoint server.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather functional requirements via user groups, technical meetings, site visits, and surveys.
- Work as part of a team to implement SharePoint solutions tailored to meet specific content and process requirements.
- Provide technical documentation, end-user training, guidance, and support as needed.
- The role requires excellent communication skills for training others, developing comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting software performance issues, and supporting data analysis and job monitoring processes.
- Document all software and run-streams development, modifications, and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining procedures for program execution and parameter settings.
- Analyze SharePoint usage and activity.
- Familiar with other Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to perform all job duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company confidentiality policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint
- 2 years' experience as a SharePoint developer
- Experience in MS Office 365 Suite, Dynamics, Dataverse, Power Platform
- Knowledge of SharePoint backend (Nintex forms for O365, Nintex workflows for O365, Permissions, Power Automate, Power Forms)
- Experience directly interfacing with customers for feedback

**Desired Skills**:

- SharePoint Certification a plus
- Security+ Certification a plus
- Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
