**About the Role - **Service Technician - Yuma, Arizona**
As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement within KRONE America, we are looking for a Service Technician to join the team, based in Yuma, Arizona. Reporting to the Service Manager-El Centro, CA Store, the key accountabilities of the role include:
- Responsible for performing retail and internal equipment repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose, inspect, repair, and assemble agricultural equipment.
- Document machine information and repairs completed on work order, including parts to properly account for all parts and labor used.
- Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines, equipment, and vehicles.
- Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities. Assists with product demonstrations, as needed.
- Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold by the dealership.

For this role, the prerequisite is experience and proven success in a similar role. To make an impact in this role, you need to be a self-starting, dynamic individual, passionate about ag machinery and providing excellent service to your customers. We are looking for team players who will add to the success of the growing business. Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but practical job experience and a willingness to learn on the job will also be considered.
