**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure VPN connections for remote employees.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing IT-related concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and administer Windows-based systems.
- Manage firewall configurations to enhance network security.
- Assist in managing office IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Troubleshoot various operating systems, software, and hardware problems.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions.
- Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and resolution.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows System Administration.
- Understanding of firewall management and network security protocols.
- Ability to manage office IT systems efficiently.
- Experience in working with help desk systems and providing technical support.
- Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking is a plus.
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts.

Pay: $73,048.00 - $77,423.00 per year
