**BAYADA Home Health Care** is currently seeking an experienced **Full-**time Registered Nurse **to deliver **exceptional medical care **to residents in **Senior Living Communities** (**Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities**) in **Sudbury, Wayland and Weston. **Prior home care experience is preferred, but not required. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to maintain their independence. **You may be eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Making visits to clients in designated Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments and procedures
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Following up with, executing and properly documenting doctors' orders
- Performing client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination

**Qualifications include**:

- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
